For new patients who have never been on Semaglutide before we send 6mg in the first vial which should last 8 weeks. We find that there are a few patients who don’t respond to the lowest dose. They have to wait 4 weeks before they can move up. During that time, they don’t lose any weight & are frustrated. To resolve this, we send 2 months' worth of medication in the first vial. That way, you can move up at any time. But if you don't increase the dose in the first cycle, you won't get a second vial. Because you already have two months' worth. If you find that this program is not for you, you can cancel & you will not be charged for the 2nd vial. If you cancel the first month you can't sign up for 6 months.If you do need to increase your dose and need a second vial for cycle 2 then we will send another vial and that's included in the program.
