Happy to do so! We’re a local virtual weight loss clinic serving ONLY Texas, Oklahoma, Arizona & Florida. We do a quick virtual visit and medication is shipped to your door. We follow up with you every 4 weeks with a questionnaire and messages to the provider. There are no hidden fees! You can schedule an appointment with the provider at www.joinleanleaf.com payment is taken after the visit only if you decide to continue with us, if not, the visit is free! If you have any questions please feel free to text us at 405-987-3955 Disclaimer: If necessary, a prescription will be sent to the pharmacy of your choice. Whichever pharmacy you choose will be responsible for shipping you your medication. We do not compound the medication ourselves, and we do not ship the medication from a facility we own.

We're a small local business. We're different from big national companies. Our size lets us focus more on your unique personal needs. You have as much contact with us as you want. Text message us during office hours (405-987-3955).

Our prices are clear and lower than others. We don't use vague pricing to seem cheaper. We make things easy for you. You don't need to take time off work to visit a clinic. A quick virtual visit and then medication is sent to your home.

We have connections to Oklahoma, Texas, Arizona and Florida. The founder has roots based in Texas, and the company is based across the Red River in Oklahoma. We source locally from a local Texas and Florida Pharmacy. We serve only local, Oklahoma, Texas & Florida. We don’t have a physical location and do everything virtually. We are able to offer a more affordable service by doing everything online with virtual visits and follow ups!

Our hours of operation are Monday - Friday 8-6pm. You can text us at 405-987-3955 for any questions that you may have from "I need to change my address." to "I'm having nausea, what can I do?" Prospective patients, text us if you have any questions. We're always happy to help!

On average, our patients have lost 16lbs of their body weight by month 3 and 27lbs by month 6. Everyone is unique, so your results will vary depending on your genetics, motivation and personal journey.

Patients NOT eligible are:

• Individuals residing outside of Oklahoma or Texas

• Pregnant, breastfeeding, or within 8 weeks postpartum or earlier

• Individuals with decreased kidney or liver function

• Family or personal history of MTC or Multiple Endocrine Neoplasia syndrome type 2 (MEN 2)

• History of suicidal behavior in the past

• History of diabetes

• Taking medication that lowers blood sugar

Yes!

Upon request, we can send medication to your local pharmacy such as nausea medicine or B12. Sometimes your insurance doesn't cover it. If this happens use the Good Rx app on your phone to make the cash price cheaper. Follow the image instructions below.
